products are of good standard, company is entering in new business area, salary on time, job security is there if you say yes sir to CEO.

Dislikes

Totally worst culture, CEO use abusive language, gives Maa - Behen ki gali, no work life balance, work on Sunday also, illogical target, many unethical practices by management

Work Details

Very hectic and imbalanced work .... Starts from 10 am to 9 pm every day, even Sundays you have to call your dealers for orders.

It's my first company, i have learned a lot. Salaries will come on time.

Dislikes

All I can say very tough place to work, all responsibility for sale imposed on you not only sale but collection and dealer expansion. Your boss only give order never do joint work with you.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
