I served Karbon Steelmart for 4 years. When I got pregnant, I came to know they started looking for my replacement without my consent assuming that I won't continue... Later when I confirmed that I am going to continue they were okay. In my maternity leave I continued working as they were not willing to pay. Also as this Covid 19 came in picture they told me to go on leave without pay as again assuming and forcing that I won't be able to come to office. Karbon removed without any written communication many of employees and still not cleared their dues....Read More

Dear Tanvi Pargaonkar, We have paid 100% for your 6 month pregnancy leave ending March 2020 as per govt regulations. As per company policy during first covid wave we have also settled all your dues for April and May 2020. Our fabrication business was shut 6 months due to stoppage of oxygen supply during covid. Lot of decisions were forced upon us than voluntary. Also your statement about other unpaid employees is not factual and frankly irresponsible. Employees have redressal methods both internal and external to realize any outstanding. We wish you luck for your future endeavors.
