Job security is Good , Working culture is not up to mark as in tata steel because of old management system management need to change. Company Policies is different for different employee it is not same for all the employees.

Difference between the old employee of company(Engineer) which were in Bhushan steel and the new employee of the company (M.E.T) they are given special treatment like salary and others.
