No job security. Rotational shifts ( 8hr + 4hr OT) Compulsory so no work life balance. Working environment is pathetic as it's a sheet metal company lot of noise in the surrounding. For a engineer salary is not up to the expectation & appraisal is 500/1000 per year but if someone is not getting job then for starting experience its ok. People do back biting & lot of politics. No traveling. Learning is on individual mind as if someone want to learn can learn anywhere....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
