No doubt it is very good company as i have already worked with this organisation and started my carreer with this company at that time management was thorough professional and capable which i felt is missing now. Employees unsatisfactory level is at peak

Dislikes

People has become arrogant, it look as they themselves were never dream about the designation which they got and now as they have reached at respective designation they feel they are the only intellectual and others are fool. They have become managers but could not become leaders that why only criticism is there no appreciation

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
