KNPL is controlled by a few top leaders, no space for new ideas. All orders are delivered to your desk for execution and in the middle of execution it chances & keep on changing. Nobody talks about your future & thus it's annoying. KNPL might commit you a job in offer letter & can chance it in 6 months without discussing. Performersget 6% as increment & nobody gets growth at manager level as it's only for Sr. Managers & beyond....Read More

Dislikes

Junior & mid level should be asked to generate ideas, top management can still choose & fine tune with their experience. At least have weekly meetings on work other departments are doing. Hire people whom u can trust.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
