Good working environment and support of higher management.company providing various secondary support to improve sale ..Management is very transparent in goal achievement and compensation .Good system to track all activities.

Dislikes

Handling 3 big southern districts of odisha alone need 1 more secondary suppoting staff from company,where as from compitition 4 person are involved in same.
