There is nothing to be liked about Kanoria Chemicals.

Dislikes

Employees (specifically Chemical Engineers) are treated like animals by the HR team. There is no support for meritorious employees in the department and the freshers recruited into the organisation are mostly the ones with referrals from company employees and they are good for nothing. No skill building sessions are conducted by theorganisation. Outdated technologies are being used even in newly commissioned plants. These scenarios have tarnished the work culture of the company and it is definitely not a place for "ENGINEERS" to grow....Read More
