No Facilities from company side except for the CTC. No canteen facility. No flexible timings for Admin Functions even occasionally also. Ankleshwar plant - As a fresher it is one of the best company to start, I definitely gain lot of knowledge, technical skills & continuous improvement culture. Ankleshwar plant - Safety is number one draw back of company. Bad safety culture, not following work permit seriously by production department. management is very cruel for not giving safety shoes even after broken, says we don't have shoes work in plant in this shoes. After many complaints they offered me used pair of shoes.Only one pair is given per year if broken company will give next year till that employees have to manage. Bad work life balance. Career growth salary hike is very low and product is not set since 30 years so much pressure from upper management . No proper training given for new joining . Average age of production staff is 45 years so difficult to deal with them
