Nothing much to like as I have just spend 2 years of my life thinking of growth but rather they have stopped the operations in my area.

Dislikes

Very selfish management and their policies changes according to their wish and makes sudden changes in their policies for their benefit only.

I have to see the overall operations of a specified area without any work understanding properly but work load was not there as I could manage it easily and sometimes have to do sales work too.

company is dominantly into supply chain financing and MSME funding so i learned a lot about management, dynamics of Supply chain financing, financing to Micro finance institutions and policy designing, company is good in proving salary compensation and has good working culture with eased office environment
