The Director of the Company is always motivating by new learning and for New Skill Development training. The company is always informative in all aspects of happening in the field of education. Team mates are very good and co operative..

As because of the competitive market, i found job security is quite less for whom those are not perform well...

Work Details

as a center head, lots of work to do. I am also a faculty so also taken many sessions along with all types of management.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Its an education industry and they gives a lot of work pressure but they didn't give proper salary for work and did not give proper allowances on time.

Dislikes

because they didn't listen any suggestions of others eg they didn't listen anything about marketing plan suggested by marketing person.
