Overtime No work life balance. Male dominace Less female staff Interfere in personal issue School rules No connection with other staff No friendship between employees No benefits No skills development Rules are so old. No freedom

They going to support female staff a lot they won't take any action on female staff even we submit the evidence I never seen any changes on them I left the job bcz of the female staff and my superior are supporting her after knowing her mistakes and why the public limited company has gender difference u need and equality no difference

This all not dislike, Only suggestion 1.Tour Trip for yearly once Relaxation 2.Any Festival time need more Important given to staff for Celebration 3.Working hours too much need some solutions 4. Separate Purchase staff need for all showrooms 5.Give more importance to Senior staff

Good team, Good freedom of work, proper salary disbursement Helping incharge etc.

As internal auditor updates about company we’re not proper to the team, conveyance and accommodation during travel were below average compared to previous companies. Entertainment facilities to HO staff seems poor.
