JMC adheres to certain standards which it has set upon itself. Employees are given freedom & responsibility but for that we need to be more open to change.

Dislikes

There is a small Gap between HO and site. For achieving higher standards we require resources which is quite lagging. But these issues changes from site to site.

Work Details

When a certain standard is set we need to do repeated set of tasks again & again it is quite frustrating. But at the same time learning lot of new things & procedures helps..
