Training and skill development sessions, Good for new joiners to get hands on experience and knowledge of real estate functions

Dislikes

Working culture is deteriorated in a span of few years and the employees don't feel valued, respected and recognised. Senior level Management (Sales) is not bothered about the team members except their favourites. One cannot expect to grow unless flattery is done or is from ex company of seniors. Filthy internal politics and biased attitude. Delayed decision making in every aspect of business leading to revenue losses. New joinees and trainees/ interns are treated in a manner to create overnight magic and working timelines is a concern for many. Many exodus of good senior employees in the recent past except few sycophant favourites, which is deciphering company culture. Loyal employees (Decade plus or more) are perceived as threats to the senior management (sales) instead of counting as blessed opportunist. HR function is paralytic and is a deaf ear to many stakeholders. Promotions and appraisals is hard to get expect few sycophants.
