Absolutely NOTHING PLEASE DON'T JOIN HERE!!!!!! THey force people to give them good reviews and are absolutely opposite (even worse) of their good reviews.. It's a hire and fire company. They don't give training and expect over and above, the management has absolutely zero professionalism and zero manners how to talk with people, mistakes are part of life and they pretend like one mistake is equal to life threat. I met with an accident but still I was put on pip overnight. The so called manager shouted on me like some Dehaati woman fighting on the street, and that too when I took sick leave and had accident on the same day. Even my friend who used to extend till 10PM from 5AM (many times without taking single leave) (few seniors learned lot of things from her), did too much for them, without any reason she too was placed under PIP. No matter if you die, you will have to serve notice period of two months. There's only peak partiality, favouritsm, and unprofessionalism coupled with dirty politics. They don't even have enough space but asking people to come at office during australian shifts (even if someone lives out of Delhi) log in at 5am , do some work, leave your laptop, then get ready and come there, do work, including the time you watsed in travelling, while they don't even have cabs or shuttle service.......Read More
