There is nothing such thing which I like to work here, reason behind internal politics. Old people are not ready to accept new things in organisation. Bosses also not trusting employees, they only trust people who make them fool, talented people getting demotivated and left. Company is purely run as family business only they don't have any goals making it big. Only showcase that we are growing. Salary is also getting credited after 7th of every month. No additional leaves during probation and post that only 21 leaves granted including sick leaves. Incentives are very less other organisation paying good incentives and salary on time....Read More

Personally my opinion for all is that there is nothing to like about working at kalki fashion " worst experience"

Dislikes

So the staff working there at santacruz store are illiterate and abusive and violent. The store manager is too abusive and using trial rooms for his personal time with one of the staff member and making the worst environment for others in the store. The Hr's are not helpfull even though their work is to help the staff

The manager "Vimal Parekh" in the store is so partial with staff regarding religion and caste. The surrounding is not so peacefull nor the managers are supportive but some of the staff members were too good...
