Kajaria plywood is the division of Kajaria Ceramics. Though Ceramic division is top in its segment, Ply division of Kajaria Doesn't have a plant, quality standards, or work culture. If a person can please the Top management he can sustain in the company. They do not recognise senior people and terminate without any reasons. Huge employee turnover in Kajaria Ply division. None of the dealers are happy with their service. The owner itself involving in day today activities which is the most pathetic situation. No value for anyone in the company. regarding plywood i am very Disappointed about the Quality, After very handwork and follow-up we getting appointment , After getting orders almost 90% of site we facing Quality Issues . Every month we losing 2 or 3 contractors ageing its very Difficult to find new Contractor's .
