Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Kajaria plywood is the division of Kajaria Ceramics. Though Ceramic division is top in its segment, Ply division of Kajaria Doesn't have a plant, quality standards, or work culture. If a person can please the Top management he can sustain in the company. They do not recognise senior people and terminate without any reasons. Huge employee turnover in Kajaria Ply division. None of the dealers are happy with their service. The owner itself involving in day today activities which is the most pathetic situation. No value for anyone in the company.
