You will get good perks. Working environment is healthy. There will be additional incentives for the perfromer will keep enthusiasm up to do more and more. Will send salary and expenses on time. But delay in appraisal is only a bad part. Rest you can enjoy working here.

Dislikes

There is no training or skill development programme organised by the company. Appraisal is very less in terms of take home. Major part goes to variable. Carrier growth is slow in terms of vertical and horizontal both.

Work life is good. All depend upon the reporting officer of yours. You need to manage things on your own sometimes.
