Kairos consulting provides good work and industry related exposures. Peer to peer learning is always there. We got a g grip about current scenario in different industries and their competitors. Everyone is very supportive towards one's career aspirations.

Boss is very good at understanding your problems and helping you out through a project. Once you get accustomed with everyone it becomes a little difficult for them to mantain that friendly relationship as its expected.

Closing a project is very difficult as the job profiles we need to work on requires candidates who are difficult to find. This is when the rudeness of your boss is seen.
