Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Boss is very good at understanding your problems and helping you out through a project. Once you get accustomed with everyone it becomes a little difficult for them to mantain that friendly relationship as its expected.

Dislikes

Closing a project is very difficult as the job profiles we need to work on requires candidates who are difficult to find. This is when the rudeness of your boss is seen.
