Dislikes

For annual vacation, apply for vacation before 2 months but it is not sure that annual vacation will grant on time.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. In the beginning there is some problems but after some days gradually increase. I got annually increment and bonus. Here monthly salary is on time. There is not a single problem in this company.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country, International Travel.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
