They fired without any intimation and without any reason. Did not allow me to serve my notice period. No job security and professional development is there. In a nutshell, worst place to work.

They fired me without any intimation and without any reason. They did not even allow me to serve my notice period and did not release my one month's salary. I was on leave of 20 days for my marriage and gave commitment to them on a specific date of joining, Before I come to join, they appointed someone for my post and did not even inform/ask me my regarding my coming. In the absence of Job Description, any random person had been assigned any sort of work. They gave appointment letter after 3 months of joining and took receiving of back date that was before my joining date.
