They fired without any intimation and without any reason. Did not allow me to serve my notice period. No job security and professional development is there. In a nutshell, worst place to work.

I was on leave of 20 days for my marriage and gave commitment to them on a specific date of joining, Before I come to join, they appointed someone for my post and did not even inform/ask me my regarding my coming. In the absence of Job Description, any random person had been assigned any sort of work. They gave appointment letter after 3 months of joining and took receiving of back date that was before my joining date.
