Worst place for cashier post and for others too, because Assistant managers are very rude with their lower levels staffs, as they think they r owners , Mr. Aashish powar is worst assistant manager who can't even calculate bills properly and give overwritten bill to the guest when cashier is on break , and he repeated says the same things to me by not calling me on landline but send messege through receptionist to come upstairs and says the same things which I allready know . And when I said I know that what u said one hour before why u repeating then he said don't argue with me and then send mail to suvidha HR about me. I dknt know why people like he can work who is so forgetful , or slow minded. He so many times did billing mistakes but I kindly forgive him and never complaint to hr by mail. 2nd thing is when I joined I realised their no chair for cashier but one cabin for 7-8 staffs so , I request Gm for any chair for me if, yes then I could continue , so because of my work speed and capabilities Mr. Sean who were GM immediately send mail and arrange chair for me. But after lockdown ends one another Gm came to Nara thai Colaba and he behave like new owner again and the next day he removed my chair saying that these r his rules. Totally no staff values , so I left job Because without chair I can't work like Domino's ,Macd, 3 things is Mr. Mukesh were manager who failed to manage the simple things that scootcy and system delivery menu names were totally in different languages , when I said sir can I change of pos menu in english which is in Thai language so he said u can cheak menu if u don't find or call me , so we can do orders , I just can't understand why he want to seat on cashier desk when he can do his level work , and if the scootcy delivery menu names and system names are same it became for comfortable for everyone ,and obviously no delays , because before pandemic I punched comtinuesly ₹ 1 lakhs orders in just 1hour non stop without confusion and delay....Read More

One of the worst work culture I have come across in my career. I have been working at Cincin BKC. I have observed very pathetic staff facilities like the congested locker rooms, unhygienic and uncleaned washrooms, miserable staff food. Talking about the work culture, the managers are very toxic, they ll be good to you at first but later on they ll start showing their real colors, they ll start targeting you and torturing you.
