One of the worst work culture I have come across in my career. I have been working at Cincin BKC. I have observed very pathetic staff facilities like the congested locker rooms, unhygienic and uncleaned washrooms, miserable staff food. Talking about the work culture, the managers are very toxic, they ll be good to you at first but later on they ll start showing their real colors, they ll start targeting you and torturing you. Working in service industry itself is a big challenge on top of it they make your life hell. So its my genuine feedback to anyone looking forward to join this shitole.
