Working hours 8.5 which is good. Pay scale is good as per city. No uniform culture can wear smart casual but not revealing.

Micro management. Have to give proof for everything you do every second have to give proof. Too data to consume daily no mobile given by company for that. No medical or insurance benefit. No leave benefit only 21 leaves per year nothing else. No Period leave. No proper management or policies. Random working and changing situation. Very dynamic culture. The worst company like this I never seen before .. it should have been a political party not a company . If you buttering or manager or senior or build a personal repo with him or her then you can survive .. you have to always licking their feet for survive .. there is no matter how much you good at your performance in work if you not buttering them they can be kick out anyway with wrong allegations anytime without given PIP or notice period. They can be offer you a good amount of salary , the reason of you joined their company without verify anything , I suggest if you are fresher then don’t join .. it will be the waste of time . There's nothing to like about working here.

Everything. The main concern is that this is a volatile startup. They can decide to fire you anytime at their will. Work hours are long(8.30Hrs) with no scope for rewards, also alternate Saturday's are working days. Salary comes sporadically, there's no definite date for receiving it. Your managers will never speak for you- you willhave to defend yourself. Reimbursements never come. Nothing is streamlined. The CEO is a complete dynamite. He is horse-sighted and will stop at nothing to achieve his goals, even if that means laying off his entire team. Pathetic infrastructure in the offices. ACs don't work, there's no proper ventilation. Bathrooms are almost always non-working. There's no scope for promotions. Appraisals are a joke here (5% average). Opportunities for growth and learning are stagnant. If you're desperate for a job as a fresher, they will exploit you to the fullest of their capabilities.
