Nothing to like here. . If you wanted to work here, think of it as an 2 or 3-month internship because either they will fire you in 2 or 3 months or you will leave yourself.

I am one of those people who read negative reviews about this company on the Internet & thought "Every company has people talking negative about it"...and I joined here. Oh boy !! How wrong I was !! . - There are no procedures or structures that are followed here. - The whole management are absolute clowns. They hire candidates and you will be put under probation for the first 6 months(only 3 leaves during probation). - And in 2 or 3 months, either they will fire you(after making you work worse than a donkey) or you will leave yourself(why you will leave yourself ? read below) - Every 1 month, they change their entire structure in the department. And then they will give you a different role/lesser role after 1 month - After that, they will fire you (OR) ask you to work in a different/lesser role but double the work load because you are paid more (OR) they will ask you to reduce your salary and work(demotion) - Have seen many times in many departments being called and fired on the spot....yes...the whole teams asked to leave that day itself. . SAVE YOURSELF YOUR TIME, ENERGY & EFFORTS and DON'T JOIN HERE. (And incase you are relocating from another city to work here. Never ever do that.)...Read More
