Everything especially A.rvind, he is the one and everything of Orchids, management is blind only listens to him, he makes ur life hell,no holiday, 7:30 to 10:30 u have to work. Worst time of my life. If u have compulsion join here but start your job hunt the moment u join. He ll fire u as per his wish, no notice period as such. He brags being from IIT & IIM but in reality he dont have a life at all. He is a blot in the name of such prestigious institution. In India you cant run an educational firm for profit so they are running Orchids International School in the name of K12 Techno services. He had made the lives of principals hell, full of target to everyone. The glitz and glamour of Orchids in the outside is as dark as the inside. Though workforce is really nice. If they fire Arvind then it will be really nice. RED FLAG. DONT JOIN....Read More
