Company as got no accurate policies all micro management.Reaching HR on related is waste no response no supportive team.First of all no growth.Freshers please don't join here they will ruin in career.They have got no projects much.People they just come chit chat gossip and go.No growth for experienced aswell.There is nothing to learn new.They are just a startup , with micromanagement.if your good to team leads your saved otherwise your out.And they disrespect the women by criticising them.Leads are worst here.Manager won't take care of anything .worst overall...Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me.
