Yes, Iam satisfied with my KMP but little did satisfaction because in my 8hours duty Iam working for 12 hours 22000, But I love my job because of this industry my family and me living safely .Also we got our salary for march my company added 6days pay in last month salary

In KMP food processing industry the management give full support and decisions making power to the employers. I work in managerial level. Unfortunately in 2017 the conflict between management and trade unions. The company closed permanently.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
