There are lots of things to say. 1- should fix the working hour of the employees . 2- should behave politely with the staff 3- clear the offs and leave of all the employees 4- shouldn’t do partiality among staffs 5- should listen and be pro active against staffs problems and fix them as It’s a guidelines that they keep staff as it’s first priority so should follow it. 6- and the if a staff is working so hard and over time so I think they should get paid also nice. The increment and salary is very poor. 7-there is no growth for employees. And also there is no growth of people who really work good and I feel like those employee who doesn’t upto mark they get recognised first as because they keep roaming around managers and do their needful.
