The culture of the management specially HR/Admin is a worse even can come to blows. Oiling is the key to sustain and growth. A polished graveyard for female and junior employees. People skilled in politics will get advantage. Nothing will be seen in terms of increment.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address the issues, there is fake bond of 2to 3years before you can't resign, No hr policies are in place and more over foul languages at work place are very much established. Career growth depends on your skill on politics..

As the factory is situated at a remote location, the company provides some facilities like breakfast, lunch, office bus service etc.

Zero work culture. There are some creepy people who have sit like the Gods of the company. More than doing the actual work here people regularly do complaints to the higher management about their subordinates and higher management also get entertained by such gossips. The only way to get a good position in J.V Gokal is to put daily complaints and do nagging and buttering infront of the higher management. If you are actually good in your work this place is not for you. The only work you need to do here is just to put the blame to others and hide your incapabilities with putting complaints to the higher management. The higher management is also in their learning phase. Firstly they need to get trained then only you can expect some actual higher decision from them. The HR and the Administration Head of the company is like Roadside Gunda. His only duty is taunting female employees, passing offensive comments, giving mental trauma to female employees. Actually you need to be fit in his good book otherwise irrespective of men or women everyone will be felt disgusted by his harrassing statements. But this type of people has been treated like an asset for the company. By the blessings of heigher management he has become so powerful that doesn't even bother to touch a female employee. Not only women, men also feel disgusted by verbal conduct. The culture , leaders are not meant to be leaders, more than looking into how to grow the co. The powerful peoples are more into politics, which harms their subordinates. Too much butter polishing which is appreciated much here. To reduce expenditures Saturday 's should be a holiday
