Most third class company . You work whole month but at the time of salary you see your salary will deduct for no reason.

Dislikes

I worked here for 2 months. 1 st month my salary was hold and 2nd month my salary was deducted for 9 days without any reason without take any leave.

The only positive aspects are the timely salary and the brand value of Justdial.

Dislikes

In the Kolkata branch, during the probation period, the salary is not fixed. From the first month of joining, a target is set, and if the target is not met, the salary is deducted. There are two types of roles: Calling and Marketing. In the Calling department, the salary is fixed, but the drawback is the working hours, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are common. In the Marketing department, salary deductions and PIP are also common, even during the probation period. The probation period does not end after three months unless the target is achieved. Both salary and incentive targets are in place.The company does not cover travel expenses, but frequent travel is required....Read More
