My experience working here has been disappointing due to several unprofessional practices. Manager and HR and VP always Salary deductions and hold are made without prior communication or explanation, which is both unfair and demotivating. There is a lack of transparency, and excuses are often given instead of solutions when concerns are raised. The workplace culture is heavily dominated by politics, and employees are treated poorly, almost like laborers, instead of valued professionals. No Ethics Towords Employees Very Bad Working Culture Salary Not Credited In Right time everytime late And one of bad thing is veriable If the give you apprisal then that perticular amount is veriable And every month they deduct somthing amount from veriable without giving any reason
