Good work environment and culture.I'm not working there I'm left for the job.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job.i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
