I am working from 8 months and I like the working environment, everybody are helping nature and a positive work in, flexible work timings with 2 Saturday off and ask about time to time employee issues and feedback so that employee can be fully productive.

As a developer , it is important to have a good space and time to build a nice conception application and I got it both. Not too much pressure as required for a good office culture and also a technical understanding managers and team lead.
