There is no such work pressure but the behavior of management is worse. There is no guarantee when they are in mood to throw the employee out of company even your performance is good.

The best part about this company is their business idea.

The main problem is the management. The management including the owners have trust issues. This is the case they are not able to retain more suitable employees for the company. If you work as an employee with them for more than 6 months, they do not have no regrets firing you or letting you go irrespective that you have been professional all your time. They do not pay your salaries on 7th or 10th day of the month rather on 15th due to their extreme rigid policies which they keep on changing every 6 months. If you outsmart them, you are fired. People around, just saw there are bad reviews about the company, which itself says that people come and get experience then they post bad reviews about the same company. Which is not good at least have some shame you are getting paid by some of the organization and you are posting bad about that one. Not happening guys

I am hired as a management trainee and going to be promoted Business Development Associate. As i performed well, i got promoted within 3 months of my tenure. I am confident that i will be performing more agressively to get best results in terms of incentives. I am getting incentives weekly and monthly: it excites me more to be a performer.

Unfortunately there is nothing that I can put as a pro because it’s a very toxic management system and as a worker you will be disrespected, they will shout insults and abuse your kindness and your work. So even for an experience it’s not worth the 15000 rps per month
