No work-life balance. One way communication. Extra hours will be asked to stay post working in the name of training. No fixed off, No fixed shifts. Favouritism is on peak, managers will target you for their personal grudges. No respect for the people who are on contract. You have to explain too much just to take your own registered offs/leaves. 0 benefits to contractual employees and above all you have to work for 6 days....Read More
