Insecure people who have high insecurities towards newcomers. My colleagues felt I was hired to replace them! No proper KT is done and loads & loads of manual work to be done in so-called Gaming company. Every time a automation topic is raised, the word "bandwidth" is repeated with no mercy whatsoever. Inter-department work takes ages to complete. The CEO keeps on repeating the same stuff over and over in every townhall by just rephrasing the sentences. There's no action - only Google Meetings which fetch no result. A TL or AM is here just to make sure a Manager has some subordinate to delegate his tasks to. Some of the Senior individuals believe that their company is Army but just with no respect. A email is meant to be read by the recipients to read and take action on it. If a separate reminder, on call has to be given, what's the point of sending an email? Why not just pick up the phone and call. I am sure even in such situation, multiple calls would be required.
