Personally, I believe that if you can survive in this environment, you won't have to worry about your future you'll be able to handle anything anywhere.

I regret started my career there. The experience feels like a trauma I may never fully overcome. I wish I had waited a few months before beginning my career. 1. The work culture was incredibly toxic. I found myself working nonstop, starting my day @ 10 A.M or 10:15 A.M, with the office officially closing @ 7 P.M. But then, a scrum takes place @ 8 P.M, then followed by my dinner, I'd return to work @ 9 P.M then leave @ 7 A.M, only to repeat the cycle again. 2. Even on Saturdays and Sundays we'll be working as per the cycle. 3. The company showed no concern for it's employee well-being. 4. They constantly undermined your confidence, making you feel inadequate for any work. 5. When a client Escalates the person who is responsible, have to cut a cake in meeting. 6. They haven't paid the amount which they have committed, If you have any plan to join pls make sure all the commitment they have given should be in writing. 7. My PF deduction for 2 months were not added to my PF account. 8. Office politics were everywhere, and if you don't didn't involved, it will hurt you. 9.
