The people who work (very soon used to) here are amazing. Some absolute gems, no doubt. You will get to learn a lot simply by interacting with your colleagues. They will treat you like family. I am grateful for the lifelong relationships I have developed here.

I will not go in-depth about the experience with my manager as that is not reflective of the company, rather it becomes a personal experience. However what does reflect about the company is their sheer disregard to take any actions against the negative experiences of employees. In my own experience numerous complaints and escalations did absolutely nothing. In fact, in my case, it made matters worse. These complaints were raised to HR and Senior Management. Nothing came of it. In fact, still to this day, I hear many horror stories of my ex-colleagues now facing much worse ordeals. Coming to the contract that you will have to sign, please read it very carefully: 1) It is *60 Working Days* which means 3 months 2) They have a clause stating that if the client is not happy with your replacement then they can prolong your notice period which means even if for a year your client is not happy then your Notice Period literally becomes a year. (Illegal) 3) Even though it is mentioned that you can pay salary in-lieu, instead of serving notice period, they will reject it. Saying that they don't accept buy-outs (Again -- illegal) 4) There are 3 year bonds for freshers and if you want a decent raise, not a great raise, just a decent raise, then they will make you sign another bond ranging from 1 - 3 years. A great company for freshers to gain practical experience and improve their skills. However career progression might feel slow for mid-level employees. the only downside is that the processes can sometimes feel unstructured.

while the company is generally open to improvements, some processes seem outdated and could benefit from more modern solutions. Periodic review of tools and technologies will benefit.
