Employees in the Corporate office under the Business team (sales and Marketing) has the highest freedom and opportunity to travel. International travels are plenty at senior management above Vice President.

Dislikes

1) Powers for decision making is entirely concentrated at the Corporate office. 2) Only the functional heads take the decision and rest everyone implements. 3) Every senior executive does work of 2 to 3 levels below his position and seeks his inputs from more than 2 persons as a fall back arrangement and verification mechanism. 4) 75% of the senior management team is always in reviews. 5) Timelines on anything is never met and yet no one gets punished. 6) Subject matter experts are heard only when convenient, else the Business or Manufacturing teams decide what they want to do and proceed. 7) Compliance has become a priority now, yet the old habits are dying very hard 8) Sharing of information to anybody other the the direct managers is a great challenge 9) Organizational politics are very high 10) Work is always done in fire fighting mode and gets appreciated. 11) Work life balance is almost non-existent. 12) HR has no concern on employee welfare, development and career grooming 13) Very high attrition...Read More
