I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Totally person driven, very bad and abusing behavior of people's --- not a little supporting behavior or people's old lobbies no single person from outside will survive in this environmental and company mid level people are very bad in behavioural. No problem understanding, zero level support. No understanding of family problems.
