There is very bed working culture. Senior always play politics with junior. And also blackmail me by termination letter. HR of jubilant ingrevia involves in this type of politics. I an working in Gagraula R&D department from last two year. Finally I will say that Jubilant ingrevia is not good for working culture.

Work culture is very bad one person has 5-6 bosses.

Totally person driven, very bad and abusing behavior of people's --- not a little supporting behavior or people's old lobbies no single person from outside will survive in this environmental and company mid level people are very bad in behavioural. No problem understanding, zero level support. No understanding of family problems.

Here nothing is good to tell about. Everything is worst. HR department also do nothing in favour of the employee.

The seniors over here specially the Director/HOD in R&D department are very humiliating persons they don't have any knowledge about the work and have no sympathy towards their employee. They never allow the persons to take leave even he or she may die in future. The R&D department is very worst I had ever seen.
