They are providing mask and hand sanitizer and maintening temperature record while we are working. That's all.

People like GDM ,DM and other they don't treat other well (or professionally) shouting, abusing, using staff to serve them instead of guest, and threatening for the job always insisting them to work late without any overtime also not letting them have their CL or EL even if someone wanna go for something its an clear absent even they are not letting me to have my CL also i had to work double shift so many time in an week without any overtime or compensation or food and also i feel shame for saying this but that place is not a very good environment for women to work . Note: please dont make me pay for giving a decent feedback by the company....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
