Well, I will not say anything. But I feel that the work life balance of people is not that good here..As the ground level employees here, do not get any time for their personal life Another thing is that the exit policy here needs to be improved a bit because if a person is giving 10 years to a company, then even at the time of exit Someone wants to stop her F&F by trapping him in fake cases.

Company was very good earlier employee orinted so much fun at work feeling of Mera Domino's was there but after COVID pandemic all employees related expenses closed

No job security, KRA amount increased as per CBH approval not as per individual performance, Incentives not provided as per performance and nothing for Employee, only cost cutting, no loyalty who is working from long year ,, only profit asking by company nothing else.
