Well, I will not say anything. But I feel that the work life balance of people is not that good here..As the ground level employees here, do not get any time for their personal life Another thing is that the exit policy here needs to be improved a bit because if a person is giving 10 years to a company, then even at the time of exit Someone wants to stop her F&F by trapping him in fake cases.

HR is a puppet of the management. Senior management misbehaves a lot and nobody actually says something. Too much toxic and they expect you to be okay with the toxicity . Once HR told me other companies corporate culture is also same but I doubt it and never faced such issues outside . I do not recommend anyone to join here . There is nothing to be liked about this company. The senior leads have grown old and mentally are still existing in 70s era where you only suspect your juniors. They only rely on micro-management and have zero understanding of operations. Out of 4 brands they operate in India only dominos is successful and that too because of it price point, otherwise operationally there is no influence on any business. Their owner is from uttarpradesh so all senior management has developed their style that everything that say is correct even without any knowledge of that background. Culture, our seniors are not co-oprative with us. They want us to do 12-14 hours shift wheather company pays only for 9 hours. And also they don't understand that we also have family and personal life , according to our seniors if there is any issue we are facing with health in our family ,then they don't care and don't approve leaves.

Company don't have any cultural values and their systems are very weak, frank enough this is one Lala organization. South people will be treated as blue colar employees and ask to work like one labour though you are having good designation.
