Company policy very good and environment also good. Specially thanks to HR department always focused improving basic requirement for all employees. Like as water resources, food, health and also work on good environment.

Dislikes

Automation Improvement I appreciate. We want Production rate high with less man power heavy fatigue work. It can't be possible.compny not improved manual m/c to auto mation m/c . Employees forced to work for their family. That the reason every month employee resigned after one to two month worked. Approximately last 4 years on roll process exams stopd.
