I like to work there as a Engineer. But the primary work is only doing Drawing/Checking where anyone can do with practice. It wont let you learn more than that. No practice experiences, no advancements, no proper training. Just hire and work.

Dislikes

Management- Only concern about money/no value for employee until you resign. Project scope - is less. Its like “Do as per order. Dont think smart”. Opportunities- Dont dream for abroad. Chennai is their Onsite(Have clients).

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Company has to conduct employee engagement activities regularly to build a relationship within the employees, which they fail to do so. During festive period like christmas or diwali, enlighting the work space could be better as decorating the entire work space and creating a positive vibe environment. The company is doing it but it feels like they are just doing it for a namesake.
